Couple Therapy

Therapy for a committed couple involves regular or periodic meetings with the couple and a therapist. When a couple experiences difficulties they are not able to work out themselves, seeing a therapist is useful in helping explore problems, improve communication, and resolve differences. Looking at issues from a new perspective often helps reduce the friction which has put distance between partners in a relationship. The couple becomes more skilled at working with each other, and demonstrating respect for the relationship they share.
