Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-to-one series of meetings during which client and therapist focus their work on problems that interfere with how a person wants to live their everyday life. This may involve examining current issues as well as experiences from the past. It may mean exploring past relationships for the purpose of improving life in the present and the future. Insight, cognition, behavior and mind-body approaches may be used.The duration of therapy varies by individual circumstances and needs.
