For the past two decades Rob (he/him) has been serving the non-profit sector in leadership roles in the areas of mental health, child welfare and family services. Rob has a passion for donor engagement, program development, quality improvement and supporting others in their career advancement. His self-care go to is trail running.
Rob holds a BA from Saint Mary’s University and a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota where he was a Child Welfare Scholar and Minnesota Department of Human Services Fellow. Rob holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Permanency and Adoption Competency and served as a committee member on the Minnesota Statewide Foster Care Workgroup. In 2012, Rob was awarded the Early Career Excellence Award from National Association of Social Workers Minnesota Chapter and is a past President of the National Association of Social Workers Minnesota Chapter. He also served on the Board of Directors for AspireMN, the national Foster Family-based Treatment Association and is a member of the Council of Regents at Saint Mary’s University and adjunct faculty at University of Minnesota School of Social Work.
Lucy Erickson
Psychotherapist
Lucy Erickson is psychotherapist receiving supervision for LPCC licensure. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Denver. She has experience working in the psychology world ranging across the country from Montana, Colorado, and Minnesota.
Lucy’s approach to therapy cultivates a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore who you are and your unique experiences. She mainly works with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and self esteem. Through therapy she helps clients be able to process and express their emotions in a healthier and more effective manner, develop healthy relationships, process past experiences, and strengthen their sense of self.
Lucy believes that the therapeutic relationship is very important. You can expect compassion, support, and a down to earth space that is truly yours. She would be honored to be a part of the process of healing your mind, body, and spirit in a way that works uniquely for you.
