Annelise Herskowitz, MSW, LICSW is a bilingual clinical social worker with over 5 years of experience providing individual, group, and couples therapy. Ms. Herskowitz completed her MSW at Boston University where she was awarded the Herbert S. Strean Memorial Prize for Outstanding Merit in Psychodynamically-Oriented Clinical Practice. Prior to relocating to Minnesota, Ms. Herskowitz worked as a staff psychotherapist for three years at the NYU Langone Family Health Centers. In this role, Ms. Herskowitz specialized in providing culturally responsive psychotherapy in English and Spanish in the predominantly Latinx immigrant neighborhood of Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NY. Ms. Herskowitz has a passion for blending cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy to help her clients obtain symptom relief while working towards lasting change. Ms. Herskowitz has extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, childhood trauma, relationship and family issues, and life transitions. Ms. Herskowitz believes in the dignity and self-determination of all clients inclusive of all expressions of gender, sexuality, and relationship models.

Annelise Herskowitz, MSW, LICSW es una trabajadora social clínica bilingüe que cuenta con más de 5 años de experiencia proporcionando terapia individual, de grupo y de pareja. Annelise completó su MSW en Boston University, donde recibió el Premio Herbert S. Strean Memorial Prize por su Mérito Sobresaliente en la Práctica Clínica Psicodinámicamente Orientada. Antes de mudarse a Minnesota, Herskowitz trabajó como psicoterapeuta de planta durante tres años en NYU Langone Family Health Centers. Adrian Hook serves as the billing specialist and credentialing contact at Hamm Clinic and helps support the clinic's front desk. In these roles, he helps clients make sense of their insurance coverage, their balances, and payments. In addition to interacting with clients, Mr. Hook also engages with insurance companies to verify coverage, address billing issues, and credential staff.…Read Bio

Adrian Hook serves as the billing specialist and credentialing contact at Hamm Clinic and helps support the clinic’s front desk. In these roles, he helps clients make sense of their insurance coverage, their balances, and payments. In addition to interacting with clients, Mr. Hook also engages with insurance companies to verify coverage, address billing issues, and credential staff. Mr. Hook has previously worked for Medicare troubleshooting claims in their provider contact center as well as in their claims processing department. Other experience includes managing the administrative operations for a non-profit mental health clinic including contract work with government organizations.
