Scott Labott (he/him) is a clinical social work intern who does therapy at Hamm Clinic. He believes the best healing work happens when people feel safe in a relationship. Because that looks different for everyone, Scott works from a person-centered and relational approach. He works to honor your experience, including the family and community stories that make you who you are. People typically describe Scott as warm, affirming, and compassionate.

Scott is devoted to working with you to identify and integrate the right approaches to meet your needs. He employs his knowledge of trauma, human development, and power dynamics in all of his work.

Over time, Scott has worked in a variety of spaces, including family housing in Vermont and community organizing in Milwaukee, WI. He received his bachelor’s degree in history and is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work program at the University of Minnesota.

Scott loves being in nature and has hiked over 2000 miles on the Appalachian Trail. He loves cooking and playing board games with friends. Scott also loves to travel and learn new things. He lives in (and loves) Saint Paul.

Samantha Langford

Billing Specialist

Samantha started medical billing in 2018 in the state of Virginia, with a focus on claim submission in a variety of specialties. In 2019, she started medical billing in the state of California, with a focus in Dental and Behavioral Health claim submissions, insurance payments, and claim management. As a result of 2020’s, pandemic, she relocated to Minnesota and did medical billing and claims management for optometry specialty.…Read Bio

Psychiatric Resident

Elizabeth Lieske, MD (she/her/hers) is a third-year psychiatry resident in the Hennepin Healthcare-Regions program. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Macalester College and her MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School. She is excited to take a break from her typical psychiatry work and continue growing as a therapist this year at Hamm Clinic.…Read Bio

Elizabeth Lieske, MD (she/her/hers) is a third-year psychiatry resident in the Hennepin Healthcare-Regions program. She is excited to take a break from her typical psychiatry work and continue growing as a therapist this year at Hamm Clinic. Elizabeth has had training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and strives to integrate pieces of these approaches to meet clients where they’re at. She believes that each person is the expert on their own story, and that her role is to walk with clients as they explore these stories and uncover the tools to their healing. She aims to bring a warm, non-judgmental and non-assuming approach to the therapy space, while validating clients’ lived experiences and encouraging their self-acceptance and empowerment.
