Andy Duong
Andy Duong (he/him) holds a BS in Community Health from Saint Cloud State University and is currently pursuing his MSW at the University of St. Thomas. Most recently, he spent four years working as an ARMHS practitioner, supporting clients in skill building, mental health management, and daily life activities. As a first-generation Vietnamese American, Andy grew up in a community where mental health was rarely discussed openly, an experience that has shaped his commitment to bridging cultural gaps in how mental health is understood and accessed. Andy’s philosophy of care is grounded in safety, advocacy, and humility; values he hopes to carry forward as he continues developing his therapeutic interests and clinical specialties.
