Brittany Clausen, (she/her/hers) is a Master’s of Social Work Intern & Clinical Trainee at Hamm Clinic. She will receive her master’s from Saint Catherine University in May 2022. Brittany focuses on sharing power that pre-exists within the community, specifically with communities of color as leaders to make change. Brittany specializes in providing care to youth, adults and families experiencing trauma with a  focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Brittany has experience in crisis intervention, case management, and client advocacy. Brittany has a professional background in developing and evaluating DEI initiatives and community programs.

As a Biracial woman, Brittany focuses on infusing clinical practice with an inter-disciplinary style, specializing in mindfulness and somatic experiencing practices. Brittany is focused on providing collaborative care, including wellness practices that are client driven to improve and maintain quality of life. 

Brittany has experience working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, personality disorders, as well as substance use disorders. Brittany welcomes all gender identities, racial identities, religions, sexual orientations, and ages.
