Lucy Erickson is psychotherapist receiving supervision for LPCC licensure. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Denver. She has experience working in the psychology world ranging across the country from Montana, Colorado, and Minnesota.

Lucy’s approach to therapy cultivates a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore who you are and your unique experiences. She mainly works with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and self esteem. Through therapy she helps clients be able to process and express their emotions in a healthier and more effective manner, develop healthy relationships, process past experiences, and strengthen their sense of self.

Lucy believes that the therapeutic relationship is very important. You can expect compassion, support, and a down to earth space that is truly yours. She would be honored to be a part of the process of healing your mind, body, and spirit in a way that works uniquely for you.
