Kimberly Glover MA
Kimberly has a BA from Hampton University, an MA from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, and PsyD from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University (in progress).
She is currently a Psychology Intern at Hamm clinic, completing her pre-doctoral training. She is focusing on individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing this year. Kimberly practices Psychodynamic/Interpersonal therapy; she aims to help people find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to gain insight into one’s current self. She believes in resolving interpersonal problems and symptomatic recovery in the context of client’s relationships.
Kim has special training and interest in psychological assessment, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, trauma therapy, group psychotherapy. Her previous experiences include: cognitive coaching for patients with dementia, college counseling, community/needs-based mental health treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation.
