Nastalie is deeply committed to working toward racial justice and disability justice while supporting people as they navigate relationship issues, gender identity, sexuality, chronic illness, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Nastalie’s goal is to get to know who you are as a person, what you care about, and what you struggle with. They describe their style as warm, grounded, direct, and practical. Nastalie is dedicated to creating space for exploration within the therapy experience, so that together you may find alignment between your values and ideals with the actions and realities of your everyday life. They believe that you can make changes in your life, understand yourself more deeply, and as a result, feel more alive and connected.
