Psychiatric services are an important part of Hamm Clinic’s multi-disciplinary approach to mental health care. Our psychiatric team works together with your therapist to develop the treatment plan that’s right for you.
Clinic psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners may conduct evaluations and diagnostic assessments. Our full array of high-quality psychiatric services includes:
- Comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses
- Individualized and evidence-based medication treatment
- Management of many psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder
Our psychiatry team takes a respectful, whole-client approach to care. We provide trauma-informed and culturally responsive support to help you manage your mental health challenges.
If medication is indicated to treat a mental illness, it is carefully managed by the prescribing psychiatrist while you receive psychotherapy services at Hamm Clinic.
To ensure the best possible care, our psychiatric team may also consult with other non-mental health physicians or providers who are caring for you. This is a useful resource for evaluation and to help assure informed medication management in the primary care setting.
Buprenorphine Treatment: For those struggling with opiate use
Hamm Clinic is excited to announce a new service to help those struggling with opiate use. Buprenorphine (Suboxone) is used to take away withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings, and enhance daily functioning.
Bud Lile, MD has been involved in the treatment of chemical dependency for over twenty-five years. He is board certified in both addiction medicine and psychiatry. An early adopter of this intervention, he can help you break the chain of addiction and work towards a new day of recovery.
This service is designed for people who are willing to commit to a lifestyle of recovery and who are not already on buprenorphine from another provider.
