COST AND INSURANCE

Therapy groups are a service eligible for insurance coverage. We’ll work with you to confirm insurance coverage/eligibility. A sliding scale fee is available for individuals who do not have insurance and meet the eligibility criteria.

IMPORTANT: In order for your insurance to cover the cost of your treatment, you must first complete a Diagnostic Assessment (DA) and Treatment Plan. If you are a current client, discuss the groups you’re interested in with your provider. If you are not yet a client, please contact us at 651-224-0614 to complete an initial intake. If you are seeing a therapist elsewhere, you can request to have your DA sent over. Please note that co-pays and co-insurance payments may apply, so it’s a good idea to check with your insurance company to learn about your coverage.

Call us to inquire about our group waitlist. Intake appointments are scheduled on a rolling basis as openings become available.
